Bonnie is a highly motivated individual and has developed a dynamic skill set in the client services area. Having worked many years for Bell Canada, Bonnie was responsible for managing the billing of business markets contracts. Bonnie brings a wealth of experience in delivering excellence in customer relationships.
Bonnie’s responsibilities will include numerous administrative functions, such as client servicing, problem resolution, working closely with team members and head office.
In Bonnie’s professional experience, she has received numerous awards of recognition for customer excellence. She was the recipient of the prestigious Bell Canada President Club award in Paris, France. Bonnie is passionate about her family, cooking, gardening and most recently, discovered the delights and frustrations of the game of golf.
